Program Description:

This CLE gives GC’s an understanding of certain business risks and risk mitigation techniques applicable to individual businesses/industries. Additionally, the discussion will cover what to expect when a crisis arises, such as how to handle the execution of a search warrant on company property or the service of a subpoena demanding production of documents or evidence. Ray Monroe and Billy have more than 30 years of experience each in counseling and litigating on issues related to compliance, corporate governance, ethics, government contracting, internal investigations, and white collar crime. Martin was formerly a federal prosecutor, including serving as Executive Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia.
