Headshot_0035_Skopp-Andrew-E-108.jpgDuring a grand opening celebration in April, Miles & Stockbridge lawyer Andrew E. Skopp was thanked for his role in making the $25 million high-rise apartment building project in the Station North neighborhood of Baltimore a reality.

A principal in the firm’s Real Estate and Transactional Finance Practice Group in Baltimore, Skopp worked on the deal for the multi-family Nelson-Kohl building, which is part of the ongoing redevelopment of the area around Penn Station into an arts and entertainment district.

Baltimore Mayor Catherine Pugh and “The Wire” actor Wendell Pierce, who is an investor in the project, were on hand at the event.
