The new principals include lawyers from the firm’s offices in Baltimore and Frederick, Maryland; Tysons Corner, Virginia; and Washington, D.C. Anitra Androh is a commercial real estate lawyer who represents clients in the disposition, acquisition and development of mixed-use, commercial and residential projects. She has extensive experience preparing and negotiating a wide variety of agreements related to real estate development, construction management, property management, and commercial leasing.
Kendall Camuti represents clients in general corporate and business matters, including in connection with the acquisition, disposition, and development of real estate, commercial leasing, mergers and acquisitions, business planning, establishment of various business entities, and general business matters.
Molly Ferraioli is a health care lawyer who focuses on federal and state regulatory and compliance issues, including regarding fraud and abuse laws; reimbursement issues; HIPAA, HITECH and state privacy laws; and health care licensure, certification and accreditation.
Laura Golden Liff
Laura Golden Liff is an experienced litigator who represents a broad range of clients in complex business disputes. She regularly litigates cases involving commercial and government contracts, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, internal corporate governance, minority shareholder oppression, breach of fiduciary duty, trade secrets, intellectual property and business torts.
Luisella “Sella” McBride focuses her practice on federal tax laws and regulations with respect to public finance transactions, tax credit transactions and exempt organizations. Sella serves as counsel to various governmental units, financial institutions, exempt organizations and private parties on a wide variety of public finance transactions, including the issuance of tax-exempt, fixed and variable rate bonds, leases and installment purchase agreements.
Paolo Pasicolan focuses his practice on executive compensation, employee benefits, tax and ERISA litigation. He has advised buyers, sellers, lenders, borrowers, and underwriters on compensation and benefits matters in hundreds of mergers, acquisitions and financings.
Jeremy Scholtes represents clients in government contracting, general commercial and business litigation matters before local boards and commissions and in Maryland and Washington, D.C. and federal trial and appellate courts, and in condemnation and eminent domain matters. He serves as outside general counsel to government contractors, primarily in the technology and construction industries.

Jonathan Stoian focuses his practice on corporate finance, business transactions (mergers and acquisitions and private equity) and capital markets matters. He advises lenders and borrowers in connection with senior secured and mezzanine loans and other financings, restructurings and workouts.
Tysons Corner and Washington, D.C.
Andrew Wahba is a patent attorney who counsels businesses on patent issues concerning electrical, computer, communications, semiconductor and display technologies. His broad commercial practice includes patent prosecution and portfolio development, due diligence, licensing, negotiations, opinion work, and counseling.
Sufen Zhang represents clients in all aspects of business immigration, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters and immigration compliance. Her clients include local, national, and international companies. She has significant experience in immigration matters concerning institutions of higher learning.
