Bill Driggers has more than 25 years of experience in tax credit matters, principally in low-income housing and historic rehabilitation tax credits.
A substantial part of his practice involves work for tax credit syndicators in structuring low-income housing tax credit investments in project-level entities. His clients also include developers of multifamily housing and historic rehabilitation projects.
In addition, Bill frequently represents state housing authorities that allocate low-income housing tax credits as well as clients facing tax controversy matters with the Internal Revenue Service. He has spoken at seminars and conferences about low-income and historic rehabilitation tax credits, partnership taxation and real estate tax issues.
