Sasha E. Hodge-Wren

Sasha E. Hodge-Wren represents clients in civil and criminal matters, government and internal investigations, and matters involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”).  Her practice has included representation in both federal and state courts. Sasha conducts FCPA training, compliance, and due diligence investigations for individuals conducting business in foreign countries. In criminal matters, Sasha has successfully represented clients from inception of the case through plea negotiations and trial.

Before joining Miles & Stockbridge, Sasha was an associate with Martin & Gitner PLLC. She also worked as an Assistant Public Defender with the Office of the Public Defender in Prince George’s County, MD, and she began her legal career at Howrey LLP in Washington, DC.
