Robert W. Molitors is a registered patent attorney. He prepares and prosecutes patent applications before the USPTO in technologies ranging from computer hardware design, software systems, semiconductor fabrication, cellular communications, wireless devices and networking. Robert also represents patent owners and petitioners in inter partes and ex partes reexaminations, post-grant reviews of covered business methods and inter partes reviews, and handles complex matters before the U.S. International Trade Commission. Robert was a contributing author of Patent Office Litigation, published in 2012, which focused on the new contested proceedings under the America Invents Act.
Before joining Miles & Stockbridge, Robert was an associate at Sterne Kessler Goldstein & Fox. He also had a prior career in business working with a variety of high technology companies, including a multi-national computer firm, global publishing conglomerate, and a national defense contractor. He also was the founder and president of a multi-million dollar technology company that provided custom-designed computer hardware and software solutions.
