Meg Manchester is a tax lawyer whose practice includes counseling clients on personal and business-related tax issues, including entity structuring and transactional planning, as well as all aspects of tax controversy.
Her corporate advisory work includes equity offerings, tax credit transactions, merger and acquisition transactions, commercial and tax-related entity restructurings, executive compensation planning, international tax structures and compliance, and nonprofit formation and governance matters. She has a decade of experience at law firms in San Francisco, Boston and the Washington, D.C. metro area.
Meg holds a master of laws in taxation from New York University School of Law. She earned her JD with honors from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she was recognized with the Prosser Prize for Income Taxation.
