Kendall Camuti’s practice focuses on representing clients in general corporate/commercial matters; negotiation and preparation of contracts, such as for the purchase of real estate and leases; representation in the purchase and sale of real property and businesses; and establishment of various business entities, including corporations, limited liability companies, joint ventures and general/limited partnerships.
Kendall received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2008, serving on the executive board of the University of Baltimore Law Review. Kendall received his B.S. degree in business administration, magna cum laude, from Shepherd University in 2005.
