Jeremy Baker represents clients in commercial litigation matters, including business and contract disputes, business tort claims, real estate transactions, corporate and partnership breakups, and breach of fiduciary duty. He also has defended physicians, hospitals, nurses, nursing homes and other healthcare providers in medical malpractice actions.
Prior to entering private practice, Jeremy was a clerk for The Honorable Brett A. Kassabian at the Fairfax County Circuit Court. He also completed a judicial internship for The Honorable Roger L. Gregory of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. As a legal intern at the Henrico County (Virginia) Commonwealth’s Attorney Office, he assisted in case preparation and prosecution for DUI, larceny, drug possession and other crimes.
A summa cum laude graduate of the University of Richmond School of Law, Jeremy received CALI Awards for Excellence in Legislation & Regulation, Securities Regulation, Environmental Law, Estate & Gift Taxation, and Tax Policy.
