Jennifer J. Coyne

Jen Coyne is a member of our commercial litigation practice and works primarily in our Baltimore County office.  As an experienced corporate litigator, Jen has handled a wide variety of corporate disputes.  Jen also maintains a robust estate and trust litigation practice, handling everything from complex trust disputes and will contests, to simple successor trustee issues.  Jen also has experience with administrative litigation, primarily in the Maryland tax court, and she enjoys all types of appellate practice.   

Jen's general commercial and corporate litigation practice has placed her in both state and federal courts.  She has litigated contract disputes, construction disputes, and insurance coverage claims for smaller local companies and world-wide corporations. Jen also has significant experience in commercial leasing litigation, having represented commercial landlord and management companies for many years. 

Jen also advises and has successfully defended wealth management institutions (including banks and corporate trustees) as well as individuals in estate and trust litigation matters.  Jen's broad experience in this area includes trust administration, trust performance, successor trustee issues, trust and will interpretation, elective share disputes, caveat proceedings, and the variety of other disputes that arise from the administration of an estate or trust.
