Hank Suelau practices law in three distinct areas: immigration law, general corporate law and public utility law. As a member of the Labor & Employment Group, he heads the firm’s immigration practice, which advises businesses on compliance with federal immigration law and obtains visas for executives and managers, engineers, information technology professionals, and other professional occupations. He represents business clients in general corporate matters, providing business counseling and transactional advice. His clients range from start-up ventures requiring business and immigration advice to Fortune 500 corporations with global operations. Hank also represents public utilities, government entities and other clients before the Maryland Public Service Commission in matters involving natural gas, water, electricity and transportation.
