Cody Weinberg is an associate in our Corporate, Securities & Tax Practice Group. He focuses on commercial and real estate finance, leasing agreements, entity formation, and general business and corporate law.
Cody graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law, where he received the CALI Award for Corporate Governance and volunteered with the Intellectual Property and Transactional Law Clinic, the Housing Law Pro Bono Program and the Street Law Pro Bono Program. He previously worked as a legislative assistant to Maryland State Senator Michael J. Hough (District 4).
