Casey L. Cirner

Casey L. Cirner practices in the areas of land use, zoning, municipal law, real estate, real estate litigation and appellate litigation.  Casey's clients are residential and commercial property owners, developers and builders, whom she represents through the various development processes, including:

  • Master planning
  • Special exception (condition use)

  • Forest conservation variance

She also represents commercial landlords for which she handles landlord-tenant disputes and lease negotiations. She assists various clients in public and private sectors with real estate transactions, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating:

She prepares zoning opinion letters and development feasibility studies for various clients, and represents clients in boundary, quiet title and easement disputes.

Casey also serves as Associate General Counsel to the Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS®.
