Anitra D. Androh

Anitra D. Androh is a real estate lawyer who represents clients in commercial real estate transactions in the disposition, acquisition and development of mixed-use, commercial and residential projects. Anitra has extensive experience in the preparation and negotiation of development agreements; construction management agreements; property management agreements; cost-sharing agreements; reciprocal easement agreements; and declaration of covenants, conditions, and restrictions. Her practice also involves the creation of condominium regimes and the negotiation and settlement of warranty claims filed against developers by condominium associations. Anitra represents clients in the preparation and negotiation of commercial leases and regularly advises clients regarding the Americans with Disability Act claims and other related provisions in commercial leases.

Anitra joined Miles & Stockbridge, after working as a lawyer with the Washington, D.C. offices of Bryant Miller Olive and Saul Ewing LLP. Before practicing law in the District of Columbia, Ms. Androh was the assistant general counsel for more than 60 housing cooperatives and condominium associations in Chicago and was active in the advocacy of affordable housing in that City.
