Alex Creticos maintains a general litigation practice within the firm’s Products Liability & Mass Torts Practice Group. His primary focus is representing policyholders in insurance coverage disputes, which includes both advising clients regarding risk management and representing their interests in litigation. He handles all types of coverage claims (e.g., premises liability, product liability, mass tort, construction defect, cyber security, fraud, and broker liability matters) implicating all types of policies (e.g., CGL, D&O, Professional Liability, Property, Environmental, Crime, Cyber, and Life). In addition to his insurance coverage practice, Alex regularly defends clients in commercial business and environmental litigation. He also has experience litigating product liability and mass tort cases.
Alex is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was a Hardy Cross Dillard Fellow and on the Editorial Board of the Virginia Journal of Law and Technology. He is also a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earning a B.A. in Comparative Literature and French with Highest Honors.
Alex was a summer associate at Miles & Stockbridge in 2010. Prior to that, he served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Roger W. Titus of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland in summer 2009.
