Jonathan Huber litigates and tries multi-party complex toxic tort, insurance, environmental, construction defect, and business tort cases in state and federal courts around the United States. He serves as a member of the firm’s national trial team representing Fortune 500 clients in mass tort and environmental disputes related to a variety of toxic substances, including dioxin, PCBs, asbestos, and silica.
Jonathan works closely with clients to develop cost-effective litigation strategies to accomplish their goals. He has successfully argued motions in limine, motions for summary judgment, and motions to compel in courts in the Mid-Atlantic. He also represents clients in settlement negotiations and arbitration proceedings and advises in mediation procedures.
In addition to his litigation practice, Jonathan also acts as a general business counselor to start-up companies on matters including entity selection, intellectual property protection, and contract negotiation.
