Peter C. Farrand

Peter C. Farrand counsels businesses and entrepreneurs on corporate and securities law matters. He has been involved in numerous mergers, acquisitions and divestitures involving both publicly held and privately held companies. Mr. Farrand also advises clients on entity formation, internal restructurings and corporate governance matters. He has drafted and negotiated a wide variety of agreements, including consulting and professional services agreements, confidentiality agreements, settlement agreements, licensing and technology-related agreements, including software licensing and software distribution agreements, as well as legal documents relating to various acquisition transactions. Mr. Farrand previously handled corporate and securities law matters in the Washington, D.C. office of K&L Gates LLP.

Mr. Farrand is a 2002 graduate of Emory University School of Law where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Emory International Law Review, and is a 1996 graduate of Loyola College in Maryland.
