Christopher A. Davis

Christopher A. Davis advises businesses and individuals in a wide range of tax areas including corporate tax, partnership tax, and international tax.

Mr. Davis also represents business clients in a general corporate, business and transactional practice including entity formation, business counseling, contracts and transactions.

Mr. Davis is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he was the Business Editor of the University of Baltimore Law Review.

During the summer of 2006, Mr. Davis participated in the Firm’s summer associate program.
