John B. Frisch
Principal
John B. Frisch is chairman of the firm and is co-chair of our firm's Diversity Committee. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities and other corporate transactional matters. John also regularly counsels a variety of companies on general business matters. John has represented clients in a wide variety of acquisitions and dispositions of businesses by public and private enterprises. In this capacity, he has been responsible for handling the acquisition of businesses throughout the United States and the disposition of a variety of international businesses on behalf of major public corporations in the region. John has substantial experience in securities matters. He has represented issuers in a number of registered public offerings of debt and equity securities, as well as offerings of securities pursuant to transactions exempt from registration under the Securities Act of 1933, including private placements and offshore public and private offerings. John also counsels the firm's publicly held clients with respect to their periodic reporting and other obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. John's private company focus includes life sciences businesses.
