Dina R. Billian, Esq.

Recruitment Manager and
Pro Bono Coordinator

Dina R. Billian is the Recruitment Manager and Pro Bono Coordinator at Miles & Stockbridge P.C. Ms. Billian is responsible for the recruitment of law students, entry-level attorneys, and paralegals in all the firm's offices. Ms. Billian administers the firm's nationally ranked Summer Associate Program.

In addition to her role as Recruitment Manager, Ms. Billian collaborates with nationally-recognized pro bono lawyer, Stephen J. Cullen, our firm's Pro Bono Director, on our Pro Bono Advocate Program. She also works closely with Randi S. Lewis, our Director of Professional Development and Diversity, on matters involving the training, mentoring and development of our lawyers.

Before joining Miles & Stockbridge, Ms. Billian worked as the Recruitment Coordinator at Saul Ewing LLP. In addition, she worked at the University of Maryland School of Law as the Director of Employer Development, as well as a Placement Specialist/Legal Recruiter at a legal staffing agency in Baltimore for several years. Ms. Billian practiced law for three years in the Baltimore area. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and of the University of Maryland School of Law.
