Miles & Stockbridge Represents Proteus Technologies in Sale to Arlington Capital Partners
Miles & Stockbridge announced today that it acted as legal counsel to Proteus Technologies Inc. in its sale to Arlington Capital Partners, a Washington, D.C.-area private equity firm. Proteus Technologies, based in Annapolis Junction, Maryland, is a software and systems engineering solutions firm supporting the Intelligence Community, with respect to its cybersecurity and signals intelligence needs.
The transaction closed on Tuesday, November 14. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Following the sale, a new company called Polaris was formed through the merger of EOIR Technologies, a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners in Fredericksburg, Virginia, with Intelligent Software Solutions of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Proteus Technologies.
