For nearly 30 years, Ann has represented major employers in high-tech, healthcare, banking, insurance, manufacturing, and consulting on a wide range of business immigration matters.

Her practice includes preparing and filing employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions, advising on immigration-related strategy and policy development, and providing representation in connection with government investigations.

A recognized leader in her field, Ann has published many articles and chapters on immigration and employment law topics. She is a frequent presenter at seminars, continuing education courses, and graduate and undergraduate classes.  Annually since 2006, she has been selected by her peers for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America®, and in 2012, she was recognized by Best Lawyers as the "Lawyer of the Year" in the area of immigration law.

Ann is an honors graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law and joins the firm after a long career as an immigration attorney with several Baltimore area firms.
