Samir Aguirre is an associate in our Products Liability and Mass Torts Practice Group in Baltimore.
Most recently, he worked as an associate with Carr Maloney, P.C. in Washington D.C., where he focused on products liability (toxic torts), professional liability, employment discrimination, construction and business immigration.
Samir previously served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Alfred Nance, Chief Judge of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. He also worked for the Honorable Robert R. Rigsby of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and at the Montgomery County State’s Attorney’s Office in Rockville, MD.
He graduated in 2013 from the American University Washington College of Law, where he was an editor of the American University International Law Review and was awarded the Mussey Prize for achieving the highest scholastic average. He earned his bachelor’s degree from New York University in 2009.
