Bradford S. Bernstein

Brad Bernstein is a principal in the Rockville office of Miles & Stockbridge.  A lifetime resident of Montgomery County, Brad represents individuals and businesses of all sizes.  A seasoned trial lawyer, Brad was named one of the Top 100 Super Lawyers in Maryland in 2015. Prior to joining Miles & Stockbridge in 1999, Brad served as a law clerk for the Honorable S. Michael Pincus in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland. 

Brad is very active in the legal community.  Brad is currently the President-Elect of the Montgomery County Inns of Court and the Chair of the Judicial Selections Committee for the Montgomery County Bar Association.  Brad is on the Board of Directors for the Montgomery County Bar Foundation and for the past eleven years, Brad has been the Chair of the Montgomery County High School Mock Trial Competition. 

Brad received his Juris Doctor from The George Washington University School of Law, where he graduated with Honors. Brad obtained his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland, College Park, where he also graduated cum laude, and was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society.

Brad is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell (highest level of professional excellence), was selected as a Maryland Super Lawyer for 2013 through 2015 in the areas of Business Litigation and Real Estate, and has been recognized as a Future Star in Benchmark Litigation The Guide to America’s Leading Litigation Firms and Attorneys from 2010 through 2015.
