I worked as a summer associate for two summers and both times, my experience surpassed my expectations. My perspective and input were always valued by my colleagues, from fellow summer associates to senior principals of the firm. I continue to be impressed by the extent to which Miles is invested in its clients and employees. Not only is the work interesting and invigorating for associates and summer associates, but the atmosphere provides a sense of comfort and collegiality that few work environments possess.
