Miles provides its summer associates with a great sense of the firm's vision, its core values, and operating principles. We were greeted by the Chairman and the President almost immediately upon our arrival, and both spoke to us about issues of substantive importance within the firm. Additionally, it does make a difference that the Chairman of the firm is so involved in summer associate events.
